1. TRUMP WISHES CLINTON QUICK RECOVERY
by Arutz Sheva Staff
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump softened his tone on his general election opponent, Hillary Clinton, wishing her a quick recovery after the former Secretary of State reportedly fainted during a 9/11 memorial ceremony in Manhattan on Sunday.
Trump did not challenge the Clinton campaign's claim she was dehydrated while suffering from pneumonia.
"I really just don't know. I hope she gets well soon," Trump told CNN on Monday. "I don't know what's going on."
But the real estate mogul did note that Mrs. Clinton had been suffering from a lingering cough over the past week, suggesting it may have also been related to pneumonia.
"I see what I see. The coughing fit was a week ago, so I assume that was pneumonia also. I mean I would think it would have been. So something's going on but I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail we'll be seeing her at the debate."
About an hour and a half into Sunday's memorial for the 2001 9/11 attacks, Clinton reportedly suffered what one law enforcement official described to Fox News as a "medical episode", while two other witnesses said she fainted.
A video showing the Democratic nominee stumbling and being carried into a van in the middle of the ceremony has raised new questions regarding Mrs. Clinton's health, following months of efforts by the Clinton campaign to quash rumors the former First Lady is suffering from some serious medical condition.

2. FBI TO RIGHT-WINGER: IF YOU GO TO ISRAEL, YOU WILL BE DETAINED
by Arutz Sheva
An Israeli-born American man with the internet handle "Ashriko" has been warned by the FBI that if he travels to Israel he will be detained for posting photos of Israel's Prime Minister and President wearing Nazi uniforms.
"They warned me that a warrant for my arrest would be waiting for me in Israel, "he told Maariv, "I won't stop. In America we have freedom of speech."
"Ashriko" lives in Denver and is a member of the Jewish Task Force, headed by Chaim Ben Pesach who has been banned from entering Israel.
"This week a man called me and introduced himself as an FBI agent. He left his number and asked that I call him," Ashriko told Maariv, "I wanted to verify that they weren't pulling a prank on me. I called the FBI office and they verified that they were indeed looking for me. The agent returned my call and we met at my house. He warned me that there is a warrant for my arrest in Israel and he advised me not to go there. He claimed that he wanted to prevent an American citizen from being detained abroad. "
Ashriko stated that he will not be visiting Israel in the future and that he will continue to publish his photos.
"My family can come visit me," he told Maariv.
3. 'I WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITY AGAINST RULE OF LAW'
by Hezki Baruch
MK Yoav Kish (Likud) reacted this afternoon (Monday) to a report on Army Radio that activists on the right were consolidating a plan to prevent the destruction of Amona.
According to the report, the activists planned to bring 15 thousand people to Amona for a week to interfere with IDF activities in the vicinity of Amona, such as by forming human chains around the houses, collecting intelligence on the movements of security forces, and systematically bypassing military checkpoints with SUVs.
In response to the report, Kish said: "Violence is not our way. I will not be a participant in activity which violates the rule of law."
Kish added: "Unfortunately, the situation in Amona has already received the seal of the Supreme Court, and legislation won't help now. The Supreme Court already made clear recently regarding Netiv Avot that it does not listen to the calls of the government, and chose a policy that hurts settlement."
"The only solution left in our hands as legislators is to act towards the implementation of the "Regulation Law" under my initiative; [this law] does justice both to the settlers and to owners of property, in the event that they were affected."
Amona, a small town near Ofra north of Jerusalem, is slated for demolition by the end of the year. The Supreme Court ruled that the community was built on privately owned Arab land, and thus illegal.
4. MUSLIM BIRTHRATE IN ISRAEL DECLINES
by Shlomo Pyotrovsky
Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics published data on Israel's Muslim population ahead of the Eid al-Adha holiday, which begins on Monday.
According to the CBS, at the end of 2015 there were roughly 1.488 million Muslims residing in Israel – not including Judea, Samaria, and Gaza. Muslims make up roughly 18% of Israel's population.
The Muslim population grew by more than 34,000 during 2015, marking a continued decline in the Muslim growth rate over the past decade and a half.
In 2000, the CBS noted, the Muslim annual growth rate stood at 3.8%. By 2015, it had fallen to 2.4%.
This corresponds to lower fertility rates among Muslim women. By 2015, Muslim women had on average 3.3 children, compared to 4.7 in 2000.
The city with the largest Muslim population is Jerusalem, with 311,000 Muslims – 20.9% of Israel's Muslim population and 35.9% of the city.
The second largest concentration of Muslims is the Bedouin town of Rahat in the Negev, with 62,000 Muslims.
While nearly two-thirds (62.8%) of Muslim men over the age of 15 were employed, only 24.6% of Muslim women in that age group were in 2015.
By comparison, 32.4% of Druze women, 45.2% of Christian women, and 65.8% of Jewish women aged 15 and above were in the workforce in 2015.
The Muslim unemployment rate was several points higher than other populations, with 7.2% of Muslims unemployed, compared to 4.9% of Druze, 5.4% of Christians, and 5.1% of Jews).
More Muslim students gained academic degrees in the school year ending 2015, though a wide gap was still present, with 7.3% of all degrees earned going to Muslims, compared to 6.7% in 2014.
5. WOMEN OF THE WALL DEMAND KOTEL REFORM BE IMPLEMENTED
by Arutz Sheva
The decision made by the Supreme Court on the 31st of January 2016 required the government to make arrangements for non-orthodox women to pray at the Western wall.
The Supreme Court reacted with harsh criticism, accusing the government of neglecting to implement a decision that was made many months ago.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Miriam Naor, reacted with outrage stating that, "Matters have gone too far."
Anat Hoffman, Director and a founding member of Women of the Wall, said, "There are judges in Jerusalem. The Supreme Court sent a very clear message this morning that new arrangements must be made at the Western Wall. I am certain that the representative of the government who heard the judge's words today ran to the Prime Minister's Office in order to clarify to all that time is up and that the government must demonstrate leadership by implementing the Court's decision."
6. POLICE RAID NAHLIEL YESHIVA
by Ido Ben Porat
Israeli police conducted searches in a yeshiva in the western Samarian town of Nahliel Monday morning, after a court issued arrest warrants for two teens tied to the school.
The two suspects are believed to have been involved in nationalistically-motivated "price tag" crimes.
When police units arrived at the yeshiva, a number of youths attempted to flee. As the officers gave chase, two teenagers attacked them and were subsequently arrested.
By the end of the operation, a total of four youths – all 14 years of age – were arrested. One of the arrestees was wounded during the incident. The four were transferred for interrogation.
Sources in the yeshiva claim the officers used excessive force during the operation, saying an undercover officer hit one of the 14-year olds on the head with a rock. The police then reportedly prevented a local medic from treating the boy's injuries.
A spokesperson for the Honenu organization said in recent weeks a number of staff members and students from the yeshiva had been called in for questioning by police regarding a hike a number of students participated in several months ago, during which, police claim, damage was done to the piping system of an Arab community.
7. MEET HEBREWVISION, AN INTERACTIVE WAY TO LEARN HEBREW
by Hezki Baruch
[youtube:2019069]
In our world of advanced technology, the way people learn has dramatically changed. For this reason, Avi Natan and Rabbi Kenny Cohen developed a unique way to learn Hebrew. It is called Hebrewvision and it incorporates the use of video and interactivity to have information presented in an entertaining and enjoyable fashion.
When someone watches a video and it is accompanied by an unexpected gimmick, an association will be made that makes it easier to remember the information.
Although the six books that make up Hebrewvision are meant for all ages, some of the videos have proven to be hypnotic for children as young as toddlers. The creativity and the unexpected simply makes Hebrewvision fun to watch. In an age when children waste time on video games with no educational value, Hebrewvision teaches Hebrew and is like playing a game.
The various books teach Hebrew letters and numbers as well as a detailed section on all types of foods. One would not expect to see a pineapple explode and then come back together. The vegetables that grow in the ground get clicked and come out to show who they are.
There are sections on colors and clothing and all that one might find in the rooms of a house. A fifth section describes all that we see when we leave our house. There are restaurants and hotels and the children enjoy the short video of seeing the inside of a jail.
The final section teaches simple sentences with both video and animation that a tourist might need. Such expressions as, "I need a doctor," and asking how much things cost are very useful. There is even an animated bargaining conversation with a taxi driver that ends with the words, "Please turn on the meter!"
"It's a lot of fun, very interesting and a nice, pleasant way in your spare time to learn Hebrew," Rabbi Cohen told Arutz Sheva.
"We hope that it will bring people to Israel, we hope it will connect people to the land of Israel, and we welcome people of all faiths who are interested in Hebrew. This way you can study it on your own, at your leisure and you'll feel very good that you're growing in the Hebrew language," he added.
Hebrewvision's methods have not been tried as of yet as a method in learning a language. Creativity and entertainment seems the way to get people to learn.
One can purchase Hebrewvision in the Apple iTunes/iBooks store by typing the word "Hebrewvision". For more information write to rav@ravkennycohen.com.
8. CLINTON HAS PNEUMONIA, HER DOCTOR REVEALS
by Elad Benari
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has been ill with pneumonia, her doctor revealed Sunday, after the former Secretary of State was abruptly removed from a 9/11 memorial event in Manhattan after suffering what senior law enforcement officials described as a "medical episode."
The physician, Dr. Lisa R. Bardack, said in a statement via the campaign that Clinton had an examination at her home in Chappaqua after the incident.
The doctor said, according to The Hill, that the incident Sunday was a result of dehydration and overheating and that Clinton is "re-hydrated and recovering nicely."
Clinton has been experiencing a cough claimed to be related to allergies that gained attention last Monday, when she had a coughing fit at the start of a campaign event which she brushed off as an "allergic reaction" to her Republican rival, Donald Trump.
Bardack said she was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday.
"She was put on antibiotics, and advised to rest and modify her schedule," Bardack wrote, according to The Hill.
Prior to Sunday's incident, the Clinton campaign had played down her December 2012 concussion and lengthy recovery, while ridiculing rumors she is suffering from significant physical ailments.
But critics have pounced upon what they claim is evidence of chronic weakness in the Democratic nominee, including a February 2016 photograph of Mrs. Clinton relying on two aides to help her up stairs during a visit in South Carolina.
