Hannukah is about miracles - in Israel it’s about saving lives

Light Up United Hatzalah of Israel's Volunteer Lifesavers!

Dear Friends,
We are in the midst of the celebration of Hannukah, an amazing holiday celebrating the Jewish people's triumph in the face of incredible adversity. Every day and night, 365 days, 24/7. United Hatzalah of Israel's 3,000 volunteer EMTs, paramedics and doctors are beating the odds and saving lives that could have been lost to a medical emergency.

We are local volunteers who drop everything to respond to over 700 medical emergencies every day with a national average response time of three minutes. But we rely on you, and we need your help right now - until the end of 2016 all donations to our organization are doubled thanks to a matching grant from two of our Board members – every dollar you give goes twice as far for saving lives. Help provide the medical equipment we need today to save lives all year long.

Donate Now to Save Lives in Israel

All United Hatzalah's services are free, 24/7 and universal. Our volunteer medics come from every walk of life in Israel, Jews, Muslims and Christians. United Hatzalah is there to help anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Our goal for 2017 is to deploy 300 more United Hatzalah volunteer medics in communities all over Israel. Right now, your donation will have double the impact and will
help us reach our goal

While other people are running away from terror attacks in Israel, our medics are running to them. And with your help, United Hatzalah can put even more volunteer medics into action.
Meet the Volunteers of United Hatzalah

Because of you, more children will have fathers to read them stories at night because a United Hatzalah volunteer saved their hearts from cardiac arrest.

Because of you, a mother is able to watch her daughter get married thanks to a United Hatzalah volunteer saving her daughter's life from a deadly car accident.

"When I put on my United Hatzalah vest to answer a call for help, it brings out the best in me, I have seen miracles. Being a United Hatzalah volunteer connects me with my community on the deepest level... the level of saving a life. " - EMT Miriam Ballin
Help Equip Community Medics
